Meet Our Founder

Rob O'Flaherty is the Founder and Executive Director of Future Leaders STEM Lab. With a decade of experience in elementary and middle school science teaching and program management, Rob has dedicated his career to developing engaging, hands-on STEM experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence in young learners.
